Cancellation Policy
At Sattvic Wellness, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience while maintaining operational efficiency. Please review our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever occurs earlier.
After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. Any cancellation after dispatch will be treated as a return, and applicable charges will be deducted
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, contact us immediately at: support@sattvicwellness.in. Please provide the Order ID and the reason for the cancellation.
3. Refund Policy for Canceled Orders
For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch: A full refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-15 business days.
For orders canceled after dispatch: A cancellation charge of INR 200 or the actual incidental cost incurred by us (whichever is higher) will be deducted.
Refunds will be credited only after the product is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
4. Documentation Requirement for Cancellations
To process a cancellation request, you must provide: the Order ID and a proper video of the unpacking process along with supporting photos and images
Note: Without this documentation, we will not be able to proceed with the cancellation request. Our customer service team may request additional information before processing the request.
5. Additional Terms & Conditions
No Refunds for Opened or Used Products: If a product has been opened, used, or tampered with, it will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Refusal to Accept Delivery: If an order is refused upon delivery, it will be treated as a return, and all incurred costs (shipping + handling fees) will be deducted from the refund.
COD Orders Refusals: If a customer refuses to accept a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, they may be restricted from placing future COD orders
Address Errors & Non-Delivery: If an order is not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be charged for re-shipping.
