Refund policy

At Sattvic Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality products. While we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or incorrect shipments, we ensure a hassle-free process for eligible replacements or refunds. Please review our policy below.

1. No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns once an order is placed. However, in rare cases, we offer replacements or refunds if:

  • Wrong product was delivered.
  • Product was damaged during transit.
  • Expired product was received.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, a request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or expired product, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@sattvicwellness.in with the Order ID and A proper video of the unpacking process along with supporting photos and images
  2. Allow 48 hours for our team to review your request.
  3. Once approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup of the order.
  4. Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process:
    • A replacement (if stock is available), or
    • A refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.
    • For COD orders, refunds will be issued as credits or via bank transfer.

Note: Refunds will be processed only after the product is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

3. Refund & Replacement Terms

  • No Refunds for Opened or Used Products: If the product has been opened, used, or tampered with, it is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Late Claims Not Accepted: Requests made after 3 days from the delivery date will not be considered.
  • Replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 business days after acceptance of the request.
  • Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping: If a return is approved due to an incorrect order, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was from our end.
