We deliver only within India.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be chargeable at INR 200 per order and are non-refundable.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time: The product will be delivered within 5-7 business days after order processing.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email/text upon successful order placement.
- Delivery Delays: Delivery times may vary due to external factors like holidays, natural disruptions, or high order volume. We will notify you of any delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, SMS, or WhatsApp message with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at support@sattvicwellness.in. We will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue promptly.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be required to pay additional re-shipping charges before a second delivery attempt is made.
If the package remains undeliverable or is refused again, it will be treated as a return, and any applicable cancellation or return fees will be deducted before processing any refund. Any order canceled after dispatch will also be considered a return, and relevant charges will apply.
7. GST and Other Taxes
All orders within India are subject to Goods and Services Tax and any other applicable state or central government taxes. These taxes will be included in the final price displayed at checkout.
8. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, you must report it within 24-48 hours of delivery by emailing support@sattvicwellness.in. A clear unpacking video and supporting photos are required for us to process a replacement or refund. Claims without proper documentation will not be accepted.
